After School Care

Purpose: Suzuki Charter School provides an After School Care program whose license is issued under the Child Care Licensing Act, Children and Youth Services, Alberta. This service is for parents of registered Suzuki Charter School students in grades 1-6, who work or are not able to pick up their children on a regular basis.

School dismissal time is 3:10 p.m. and parents are asked to pick up their child prior to 3:15 pm. At 3:15, teachers will walk students not picked up to the After School Care program and sign them in.

This program is a pre-registered, prepaid program with a limited number of spaces for part time and full time care. There may be some drop-in spots available, for emergent situations, however we cannot guarantee these spots and parents should be prepared with other arrangements.
